Jamie and Deirdre Chapman are at the markets every week, personally selecting the stock for the Chapman shops – and for our wholesale customers. We are a farming family and know how to check for the differences that set the best apart from the average. The personal care we take at selection carries through every step of the way to the shop counter.
Meticulous Care in Preparation
With our own abattoir, processing centre and bakehouses, we are able to manage everything for quality. We have 6 shops and a wholesale business, putting us in the Top 5 independent butchers in Scotland for total volume throughput. But we don’t take shortcuts. We invest in modern processes, equipment and Staff training. The difference this makes is proven on the plate.
